Explore music, arts and youth development with a local organisation. Programme funding, safeguarding, staffing and delivery are agreed before launch.
Research & evaluation
Discuss a bounded evaluation with agreed questions, measures, permissions and responsibilities. Partner conversations do not imply institutional endorsement.
From enquiry to an agreed pilot
- Define the need. Agree the learner group, setting, named partner lead and learning outcome.
- Review the requirements. Confirm product readiness, privacy, consent, accessibility, safeguarding, support and procurement evidence for the proposed use.
- Agree the pilot. Record scope, commercial terms, responsibilities, timetable and evaluation measures before learner use.
- Evaluate before expanding. Review learning evidence, teacher workload and delivery issues to decide the next step.
School pilots and licences are subject to readiness and agreement. This page does not confirm a completed school deployment, procurement approval or accreditation.
