Progress that means something.

The Learner Passport is a direction for bringing learning evidence together with the learner’s permission. This page explains the concept; it is not a working passport account or credential verification service.

Learning evidence

The proposed record would connect completed work, demonstrated skills and subject-level progress, with a clear source for each item.

Permission to share

Any future sharing would need explicit consent and appropriate family, teacher or school permissions. It would not make learner records public by default.

Clear recognition

A learning record would state who issued it and what was assessed. It would not by itself confer an accredited qualification or external recognition.

For now, refer to the progress and evidence available within your specific learning product or teaching programme. Cross-product transfer, public verification and formal credential issuance need separate implementation and acceptance.
